This role is responsible for maximizing equipment performance, supporting new equipment installations, and helping build scalable manufacturing capabilities as the company grows. The ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with equipment, solving technical problems, and collaborating across engineering and operations teams in a dynamic startup environment. ## Responsibilities - Support operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment. - Lead root cause investigations for equipment failures and recurring downtime issues. - Develop and improve preventive maintenance and reliability programs. - Partner with process engineers and production teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency. - Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment. - Work with equipment vendors to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades. - Create and maintain equipment documentation, maintenance procedures, and spare parts inventories. - Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost reduction. - Collect and analyze equipment performance data to drive reliability improvements. - Assist in defining equipment specifications for future manufacturing expansion. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, related field or equivalent practical work experience - 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Experience working with automated equipment and industrial control systems. - Ability to independently diagnose problems and implement practical solutions. - Comfortable working directly on the production floor.
