Du arbeitest in Vollzeit in Österreich an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice – moderate Reisetätigkeit ist erforderlich.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du begleitest die Einführung von Proalpha direkt bei unseren Kunden und schaffst spürbaren Mehrwert im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Dabei steuerst Du Deine Projekte eigenständig und tauchst tief in die Abläufe mittelständischer Unternehmen ein. Im direkten Austausch mit Anwendern gestaltest Du Lösungen, die wirklich wirken.

- Implementierung: Als Verantwortlicher für komplette Projektphasen trägst Du die termin-, budget- und qualitätsorientierte Umsetzung.
- Beratung: Mit Deinem Know-how leitest Du Kunden von der ersten Idee bis zur Implementierung durch Themen rund um Finanzwesen und Controlling.
- Zusammenarbeit: In Softwarepräsentationen und Workshops vermittelst Du praxisnahes Wissen an alle Beteiligten.
- Analyse: Durch die Bewertung bestehender Abläufe entwickelst Du Konzepte zur Optimierung und Verschlankung mit Proalpha.
- Schulung: Auf dieser Basis stärkst Du Anwender durch überzeugende Präsentationen, Workshops und Trainings

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
- Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung als ERP-Consultant oder in verantwortungsvoller Rolle in Industrie oder Handel mit ERP-Bezug
- Fachkenntnisse: Sicheres Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe und Prozessverständnis für produzierende Mittelständler
- Persönlichkeit: Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, überzeugende Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, hohe Eigenständigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
