Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

- Administração de pessoal: apoiar e acompanhar admissões, alterações contratuais, férias, afastamentos, desligamentos e demais rotinas trabalhistas, garantindo precisão e cumprimento dos prazos.
- Onboarding e offboarding: coordenar a jornada de entrada e saída dos colaboradores, garantindo uma experiência organizada e sem fricções.
- Benefícios: administrar os benefícios da empresa, realizar movimentações, acompanhar fornecedores e apoiar colaboradores em dúvidas e necessidades.
- Operação de People: manter bases, documentos, controles e sistemas atualizados, garantindo qualidade e confiabilidade das informações.
- Estruturação de processos: documentar, revisar e melhorar processos de People, identificando oportunidades de simplificação, automação e ganho de escala.
- Experiência do colaborador: ser um ponto de apoio para o time nas principais interações com People, garantindo respostas rápidas, claras e uma boa experiência.
- Fornecedores e parceiros: acompanhar parceiros como contabilidade, benefícios, medicina ocupacional e demais fornecedores relacionados à operação de People.
