We are currently looking for an Established Category Buyer to join our Own Brand team - 6 Month Max Term Contract. Do you have a strong eye for trends, a commercial mindset and a passion for driving category growth? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated buyer to help elevate our Own Brand womenswear categories. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Buyer or  Buyer who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct weekly trade analysis across sales performance, market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into clear actions to optimise NMV, profitability and stock cover. - Develop strategic trade plans aligned to seasonal and long-term objectives, including quarterly SWOT analysis with actions and recommendations. - Plan and build balanced ranges across core and newness, including assortment selection, option planning and demand forecasting in partnership with Planning. - Collaborate closely with Design to align product ranges with market trends, customer preferences and commercial opportunities. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms and costs, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, value and alignment to sustainability goals. - Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to align product assortment with brand messaging, promotional plans and campaign execution. - Maintain brand, customer persona and market insights to support strong product and trading decisions. - Lead and develop direct reports through coaching, feedback and clear performance expectations, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. - Partner with Senior Buyers, Planners and the Buying Manager to shape category strategy, budget, OTB management and performance metrics. - Manage critical path timelines and support seasonal Go-To-Market planning to ensure key milestones are delivered on time.
