Buscamos uma pessoa estagiária motivada, analítica e organizada para apoiar a nossa área de Projetos e Estratégia. Nesta oportunidade, você atuará em duas frentes fundamentais: na organização e acompanhamento da execução de projetos (utilizando metodologias ágeis e ferramentas corporativas) e no suporte a análises estratégicas, KPIs e mapeamento de processos.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

📌 Frente 1: Apoio em Projetos

- Suporte à Gestão: Auxiliar no acompanhamento de cronogramas, monitoramento do status de entregas e organização das tarefas do time utilizando ferramentas de gestão (MS Planner, Trello, Jira, etc.).
- Documentação Negocial: Apoiar a elaboração, estruturação e organização de documentações funcionais e especificações de demandas de negócios.
- Conexão entre Áreas: Dar suporte na articulação, alinhamento e comunicação contínua entre times internos (Tecnologia, Operações, Produto e CRM).
- Rotinas Ágeis: Ajudar na organização e facilitação de rituais e reuniões de acompanhamento sob a ótica de metodologias ágeis (Scrum / Kanban).

📈 Frente 2: Estratégia & Análises

- Análise de Dados e KPIs: Auxiliar no acompanhamento de métricas de desempenho de projetos e produtos, apoiando na extração de dados e geração de insights.
- Relatórios e Apresentações: Apoiar a elaboração de status reports e apresentações executivas (em PowerPoint) para reuniões de alinhamento com lideranças.
- Pesquisa e Benchmark: Realizar pesquisas de mercado, análise de tendências e estudos competitivos, com foco no setor de meios de pagamento e CRM.
- Mapeamento de Processos: Colaborar no mapeamento de jornadas de clientes e na identificação de oportunidades de melhorias em processos operacionais.

Requisitos e Qualificações

🎓 Escolaridade

- Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.

🛠️ Ferramentas e Conhecimentos Técnicos

- Microsoft Excel (Intermediário): Domínio de fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e capacidade de manipulação e análise de dados.
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediário): Habilidade na construção de apresentações estruturadas, visuais e didáticas.
- Power BI: Noções ou forte interesse e disposição para aprender a criar e visualizar relatórios e dashboards.

🧠 Perfil Comportamental (Soft Skills)

- Organização e Disciplina: Rigor no controle de prazos, gerenciamento de tarefas e atualização constante de documentações.
- Perfil Analítico e Hands-on: Curiosidade por dados, afinidade com planilhas e vontade de entender o funcionamento de processos do negócio.
- Comunicação Clara e Objetiva: Facilidade para se expressar, transitar e trocar informações com diferentes perfis e áreas corporativas.
- Adaptabilidade e Proatividade: Bom "jogo de cintura" para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e postura proativa para apoiar as entregas do time.
