## Job description

Für NEURA Robotics sind Events das zentrale Schaufenster in die Zukunft der kognitiven Robotik. Auf Leitmessen wie der automatica, der IFA oder der CES begeistern wir die Welt mit unseren Innovationen. Darüber hinaus sind wir mit unseren Produkten und Partnern auf Summits, Konferenzen und ähnlichen Plattformen weltweit zunehmend präsent. Im Zuge unseres weiteren Wachstums verstärken wir deshalb den Bereich „Marketing Operations & Strategy” sowie unser Eventteam innerhalb der Abteilung „Marketing & Communications”. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die große und wichtige Event-Projekte zum Erfolg führt.

## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von globalen Messeauftritten und vergleichbaren Plattformen mit einer Vielzahl an Robotern.
- Darüber hinaus konzipierst, planst und steuerst du weitere Events, wie beispielsweise Roadshows oder Eröffnungen von Locations.
- Du verantwortest komplexe Projekte, koordinierst dabei interne Stakeholder und externe Dienstleister (z. B. Messebauer, Agenturen) und stellst die Einhaltung von Budgets, Timelines und höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen sicher.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kollegen optimierst du fortlaufend bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst unser Event-Portfolio strategisch weiter.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Top-Management, Produkt-/Projektmanagement und Vertrieb sorgst du maßgeblich dafür, dass unsere Events durch gezielte Gestaltung eine maximale Reichweite und Lead-Generierung erzielen.
- Du etablierst klare KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung, überwachst die Performance unserer Events und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für die Zukunft ab.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv relevante Platzierungsmöglichkeiten und baust so unser globales Event-Netzwerk strategisch aus.

- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, internationaler Events und Messeauftritte mit, sei es auf Agenturseite oder in einem global agierenden (Technologie-)Unternehmen.
- Du hast Messeauftritte vergleichbarer Komplexität und Größe bereits erfolgreich konzipiert, budgetiert und umgesetzt.
- Du besitzt strategischen Weitblick und positionierst Events als zentralen Hebel im Marketing-Mix.
- Zukunftsthemen wie Robotik und künstliche Intelligenz begeistern dich. Du willst nicht einfach Events ausrichten, sondern die Zukunft der Robotik sichtbar machen und mitgestalten.
- Du packst mit an und übernimmst Verantwortung auf allen Ebenen, von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort.
- Du fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld aus Wachstum und Veränderung wohl und behältst auch unter hohem Zeitdruck und bei wechselnden Prioritäten einen kühlen Kopf.
- Du denkst pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, bringst Projekte eigenständig ins Ziel und gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit.
