WHY WE NEED YOU? Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Field Marketing team to support the increasing number and complexity of events we deliver throughout the year. Your mission will be to support the operational preparation and execution of our marketing events in order to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality experience for participants across all our initiatives.

## YOUR FUTURE TEAM

● We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. ● You will be part of a team of 3 people (2 Field Marketers and 1 Team Lead), working closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful events across multiple regions and verticals. The team is expected to grow in the coming months, reinforcing its ability to scale event initiatives. ● The Field Marketing team plays a key role in supporting business growth through events, including major strategic moments such as VivaTech and ai-PULSE, as well as numerous smaller initiatives throughout the year. ## YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks ● Prepare the logistics of events (orders, deliveries, goodies, materials, and assets) ● Ensure on-site event operations, including setup, coordination, and real-time issue resolution ● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution ● Support the installation and dismantling of event booths and spaces ● Maintain and track event materials, stock, and inventories ● Follow operational checklists to guarantee high-quality execution ● Assist in managing multiple events simultaneously ● Anticipate needs and proactively solve operational issues

## ABOUT YOU

## HARDSKILLS:

● Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or Project Management ● First experience in event organization or coordination (internship, apprenticeship, student job, or associative experience) ● Strong interest in event operations, logistics, and field marketing ● Comfortable working with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, or similar ● Professional written and verbal communication in French and English

## SOFT SKILLS:

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ● High level of proactivity and reactivity ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously ● Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills ● Hands-on mindset with a strong execution-oriented approach
