You’ll work closely with our Events & Congress Team and collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Administration, gaining practical insight into how international events are planned and delivered from start to finish. Your tasks: - Support the planning and coordination of medical congresses, conferences, and internal events across Europe. - Keep event trackers, timelines, contact databases, and planning documents up to date. - Prepare event communications, calendar placeholders, internal summaries, and supporting documentation. - Support internal approval processes by preparing forms, gathering required information, and tracking progress. - Assist with event logistics, including purchase requests, shipping lists, badge requests, rooming lists, and on-site materials. - Support post-event activities by collecting feedback, preparing documentation, and capturing key learnings. - Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to help keep event activities organized and on track. ## What You Bring - You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. - You are interested in events, congresses, healthcare, MedTech, or international project coordination. - You are proactive, organized, reliable, and have a strong eye for detail. - You enjoy communicating and collaborating with different people in an international environment. - You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
