Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy. ## The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support the General Manager and Deputy General Manager of our G1 solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas. This is not a traditional executive administrator role. It’s a high-caliber, high-ownership position for someone who operates more like an Assistant Project Manager than a calendar keeper. Someone who can run point on facility-wide coordination, track complex workstreams to completion, and be trusted as an extension of the two leaders running one of the largest solar manufacturing operations in the country. You’ll support the GM and Deputy GM directly, but your real scope is the facility as a whole. You’ll keep the leadership team organized and ahead of schedule, drive follow-through on initiatives across departments, and make sure the details that keep a 24/7 manufacturing site running don’t slip. If you’re exceptionally detailed, thrive on complexity, and want a seat close to where the real decisions get made, this role was built for you. ## What You’ll Do Executive Support - Manage calendars, travel, and meeting schedules for the General Managers with precision and foresight. - Screen and prioritize email, calls, and requests so leaders stay focused on what matters most. - Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports, and handle sensitive business and personnel information with full confidentiality. Plant & Operations Coordination - Organize production, safety, and operational review meetings; capture action items and follow them through to close. - Operate as an Assistant Project Manager for facility-wide initiatives, tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables across departments and driving them to completion. - Support tracking of KPIs, production metrics, and operational dashboards. - Coordinate site visits, audits, inspections, and customer meetings. - Maintain safety, quality, and compliance records and controlled documents, including SOPs. Administration - Process invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports. - Plan site events, trainings, and employee engagement activities. - Support onboarding for new employees and contractors. Communication & Special Projects - Serve as the point of contact between the General Managers and production, HR, finance, and external partners. - Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational planning. - Anticipate the needs of the GM, Deputy GM, and facility, and have them handled before you’re asked. ## Who You Are - Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed: nothing slips past you, and you have a habit of closing the loop on every action. - Project-minded: you think in terms of workstreams, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-through, not just tasks. - A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and solves problems before they escalate. - Calm, steady, and unflappable under pressure, even when priorities shift and the pace is relentless. - A polished, confident communicator who can work professionally with people at every level, from the floor to corporate leadership to external partners. - Discreet and trustworthy, with strong judgment in handling confidential business and personnel information. - Adaptable and resourceful, equally comfortable running logistics and running point on a cross-functional initiative. ## Qualifications - 5+ years as an executive assistant or in administrative support to senior leaders, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings. - Bachelor's degree in related field - Demonstrated project coordination experience, formal or informal, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information. - Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work professionally with people at every level. - Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Comfort with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, [Monday.com](http://Monday.com)). Working Environment - On-site role at the G1 facility in Wilmer, TX, split between the office and the manufacturing floor. - Follows all site safety rules and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) when on the plant floor. - Upholds T1 Energy’s standards for safety, integrity, and confidentiality in every task. The T1 Way We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in. T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics. ## About T1 Energy ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: T1 Energy manufactures advanced solar modules and is building an integrated U.S. solar and battery supply chain for utility-scale energy customers. - **Entity Type**: Public (NYSE: TE) - **Headquarters**: Austin, Texas, USA - **Founded**: 2020 (as FREYR Battery); rebranded to T1 Energy in February 2025 - **Founders**: Not publicly available ## Core Business - **Primary industries**: Solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing, solar cell production, battery energy storage, and data center infrastructure. - **Target customers**: Utility-scale solar developers and independent power producers (B2B). - **Mission statement**: “Advancing the energy shift from Austin, Texas” by building domestic solar & battery supply chains to deliver scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. ## Products & Services - **G1_Dallas Solar Modules**: High-efficiency PERC and TOPCon PV solar modules produced at a 5 GW nameplate facility in Wilmer, Texas.
