Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, Compute, you will help set the standard for executive support at IonQ, with a clear path to grow your scope over time. Responsibilities: You will keep several executives organised across time zones, prioritising requests, resolving conflicts and making sure travel, expenses and meetings run smoothly. You will also look after team space and office logistics in Bothell, and act as backup to the Senior Executive Assistant so that executive support never stops when one of you is away.
