Prioritize the calendar, coordinate from email threads, protect focus time and close scheduling loops quickly. Travel + logistics. Own complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, changes and contingencies. Meeting mechanics. Make board, investor, customer and internal meetings operationally seamless, from invitations to materials and rooms. CEO administration. Handle expenses, signatures, reservations, selected personal logistics and the CEO's own commitments without repeated follow-up. NYC Office + culture.
