Summary The Executive Director, Insights and Analytics (ED I&A) is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for building, scaling, and leading Tango Therapeutics’ Insights and Analytics center of excellence. As Tango transitions from a research-stage biotech into a fully integrated commercial organization, this executive will define the enterprise-wide data, analytics, and insights strategy to support the successful launch and lifecycle management of our precision synthetic lethality oral medicines. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercialization Officer (CCO), the ED of I&A will serve as a critical member of the Commercial Leadership Team and cross-functional strategy teams. This leader will act as an indispensable thought partner to executive leadership, translating complex data ecosystems into actionable insights that influence enterprise direction, optimize performance, and drive data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Finance. The ED of I&A is responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing leadership team encompassing critical functions across Market Research, Forecasting, and a Data & Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence (COE).
