Position Overview North Point Technology is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Communication and Collaboration Systems to lead the strategy, operation, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise communication and productivity platforms within a large university environment. The Executive Director will oversee platforms used by employees, students, and university affiliates, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Box, Qualtrics, Power BI, and integrated AI productivity tools.
