Digitale, decentralizzato, 100% rinnovabile. Il ruolo Nel team Sales Operations avrai l'opportunità di contribuire alla definizione delle strategie di pricing e delle offerte commerciali di Enpal. Affiancherai il team nell'analisi dei prezzi, dei margini e delle performance commerciali, aiutandoci a trasformare dati, incentivi e condizioni finanziarie in offerte competitive e sostenibili. Non cerchiamo qualcuno che si limiti a lavorare sui numeri: cerchiamo una persona curiosa, analitica e con una forte mentalità commerciale, che voglia capire come si costruisce un'offerta efficace e come questa impatta sui risultati del business. Responsabilità Pricing e analisi dei margini

- Supportare la costruzione e l'aggiornamento dei modelli di pricing per fotovoltaico, accumulo e pompe di calore.
- Collaborare all'analisi delle condizioni di finanziamento e del loro impatto sul prezzo finale e sulla rata del cliente.
- Realizzare simulazioni su prezzi, sconti, bundle e condizioni commerciali.
- Monitorare marginalità e performance delle diverse configurazioni di prodotto.
- Preparare analisi e presentazioni a supporto delle decisioni del team e del management.

Go-to-market, offerte e promozioni

- Monitorare gli incentivi nazionali e regionali e le principali evoluzioni del mercato energetico.
- Supportare lo sviluppo di nuove offerte commerciali e iniziative promozionali.
- Collaborare con Sales e Marketing per implementare promozioni e strumenti di supporto alla vendita.
- Analizzare i risultati delle campagne commerciali, identificando opportunità di miglioramento.
- Monitorare le offerte dei concorrenti e contribuire alle analisi di posizionamento competitivo.

Supporto alla macchina commerciale

- Monitorare e aggiornare i principali KPI commerciali attraverso report e dashboard.
- Supportare l'analisi delle performance di vendita e dell'efficacia delle offerte.
- Collaborare all'ottimizzazione dei processi commerciali e degli strumenti utilizzati dalla forza vendita.
- Contribuire ad analisi ad hoc e progetti trasversali con i team Sales, Finance e Marketing.

Chi cerchiamo

- Studente/ssa universitario/a o neolaureato/a in Economia, Management, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e interesse per l'analisi dei dati e la modellizzazione economica.
- Interesse per pricing, strategie commerciali e dinamiche di mercato.
- Buone capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e approccio strutturato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro e sintetico i risultati delle proprie analisi.
- Proattività, curiosità, voglia di imparare e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- La conoscenza di Power BI, SQL o Python rappresenta un plus, ma non è un requisito.
