## Job description

En janvier 2026, le groupe FATTON Lyseo, spécialisé dans le transport de marchandises, a fusionné avec Ovrsea. Cette opération d'envergure s'inscrit dans un contexte de profondes mutations géopolitiques, commerciales et technologiques. Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI au sein de notre agence de Cran Gevrier (74) dès que possible.

Description du poste

Au sein de notre Service Maritime, vous êtes en charge de l’organisation des transports maritimes pour le compte de nos clients, de l’enlèvement des marchandises jusqu’à la livraison au point de destination.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Prise de contact avec les clients.
- Suivi des commandes auprès des agents et des clients
- Support, négociation et booking auprès des compagnies
- Gestion des dossiers complets de transport (de la prise de booking à la facturation avec envoi des documents nécessaires à l’expédition des marchandises).
- Passage d’instructions douane auprès du service déclaratif intégré (système DELTA)
- Facturation des dossiers en tenant compte des cotations et des dossiers commerciaux

Profil recherché

Titulaire d’une formation supérieure en Transports, vous avez une expérience confirmée dans l’organisation de transport maritime.

Vous maitrisez les logiciels bureautiques et la connaissance des logiciels SONE et Ci5 seraient un plus.

Dynamique et investi, vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur et d’organisation. Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe.

Un bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit est impératif.
