## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot F&B Operations Manager는 임직원이 매일 경험하는 F&B 서비스를 직접 운영하고 개선하며, Employee Experience 향상에 실질적인 영향을 만들어낼 수 있습니다. 운영 전략 수립부터 Open Bidding, Vendor Management, 데이터 기반 운영 개선까지 F&B 운영 전반을 주도하며, 단순 운영을 넘어 새로운 운영 체계와 서비스를 만들어가는 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 다양한 Cross-functional 조직 및 외부 협력사와 협업하며, 건강한 식문화와 지속 가능한 F&B Experience를 함께 만들어가는 핵심 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- F&B 전략 및 총괄 운영
- F&B 서비스 방향성과 운영 전략 수립
- KPI 설정 및 예산, 식수, 비용, 이용률 등 핵심 운영 지표 관리
- 급식 및 카페테리아 운영 현황 분석과 주간/월간 리포팅
- Frictionless 식경험을 위한 서비스 및 운영 프로세스 설계
- 외주사 및 공급사 관리
- 급식/카페 위탁 운영사 및 식자재 공급사 발굴, 선정, 계약 및 평가 전반 리드
- Open Bidding을 포함한 업체 선정 프로세스 기획 및 추진
- 위생, 품질, 납기, 비용 및 SLA 기준 수립과 운영 성과 모니터링
- 데이터 기반 운영 체계 고도화
- 식수, 비용, 재고, 식재, 폐기/낭비율 및 이용 데이터 분석 및 개선 과제 도출
- 검식 및 위생 모니터링 체계 운영
- 운영 프로세스 표준화 및 SOP 수립, 운영 자동화 프로세스 기획 및 도입
- 운영 리스크 및 주요 성과에 대한 Leadership Reporting
- 직원 중심 서비스 개선
- 직원 만족도 및 VOC 기반 서비스 개선
- 정량 데이터와 정성 피드백 기반 운영 개선 (식사 만족도, 이용 행동 등)
- 사내 식음 공간의 환경 및 운영 프로세스 개선
- 건강식, 신규 메뉴 및 F&B 신규 서비스 기획
- 조직 및 협업 관리
- Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, General Affairs 등 유관 조직과의 협업
- 주요 운영 이슈, 사고 및 긴급 상황 대응
- Compliance
- 식품위생법, HACCP 등 관련 기준 준수 및 운영 관리
- 식약처 및 기타 유관 정부기관 대응과 대관 업무
- 위생 점검, 감사 및 관련 행정 업무 지원

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 일반 총무/사내 복지/식음료 운영 등 유관 경험 7년 이상
- 위탁사 운영 관리 및 외주사 커뮤니케이션 경험 필수
- 신규 공급사/업체 발굴 및 계약/도입 경험 보유
- 정산/발주/입고 등 프로세스를 흐름 중심으로 관리할 수 있는 역량
- Data 기반 운영 개선 경험
- 직원 만족을 위한 관찰력과 서비스 마인드

## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 기업 내 F&B 또는 Hospitality 운영 경험
- HACCP 등 식품 위생 관련 이해
