## Job description

Deine Rolle

Als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (all genders) bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für Fragen zum Thema Arbeits- bzw. Gesundheitsschutz und unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte bei der fachgerechten Umsetzung der gesetzlichen sowie internen Anforderungen an unseren Last Mile Logistikstandorten. Du berätst die operativen Bereiche bei der Identifikation sowie Beurteilung von Gefährdungen und wirkst somit an der Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur mit. Du unterstützt zudem bei der Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Schutzmaßnahmen und trägst mit Deiner fachlichen Expertise dazu bei, ein hohes Sicherheitsniveau in unseren deutschlandweit rund 20 Zustell-Hubs sicherzustellen.

Bitte beachte, dass für diese Tätigkeit eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 60% sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B vorausgesetzt werden.

Bitte beachte auch, diese Stelle auf 24 Monate befristet ist (eine anschließende Entfristung wird angestrebt).

Deine Aufgaben

- Beratung der Führungskräfte und operativen Bereiche bei allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes sowie bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen zugeschnitten auf unsere Logistik-Hubs
- Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung und Beurteilung von Gefährdungen, bei der Entwicklung geeigneter Schutzmaßnahmen sowie bei Dokumentation und Wirksamkeitskontrolle
- Durchführung und Begleitung von Begehungen, Unfall- und Ereignisanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Präventions- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Fachliche Beratung zur Einhaltung relevanter Anforderungen des deutschen Arbeitsschutzrechts, insbesondere ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, ArbStättV und des DGUV-Regelwerks
- Beratung und Coaching von Führungskräften sowie operativen Teams zur Gefahrenidentifikation, sicheren Arbeitsgestaltung, Wahrnehmung der Arbeitsschutzverantwortung und Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsprozessen durch strukturiertes Prozess- und Risikomanagement sowie Mitwirkung bei Audits und organisatorischen Veränderungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen, insbesondere Brandschutz, Gefahrstoffmanagement, Fuhrpark sowie Behörden und Sachverständigen

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) bzw. Qualifikation nach ASiG und DGUV Vorschrift 2 oder Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikation zu erwerben
- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit/EHS/HSE, vorzugsweise in der Logistik, Produktion, Distribution oder vergleichbaren operativen Umgebungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsschutzrechts und DGUV-Regelwerks, insbesondere ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV und ArbStättV
- Erfahrung in der fachkundigen Mitwirkung bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Begehungen, Unfallanalysen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
- Idealerweise fachliches Verständnis in den Bereichen Verkehrssicherheit, Flottenmanagement, innerbetrieblicher Transport, Brandschutz und Gefahrstoffmanagement sowie bestenfalls zusätzlich im Umweltrecht bzw. zu BImSchG
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind. auf C1 Niveau) sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit operativen Teams
- Analytische, strukturierte und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge in umsetzbare Sicherheitsstrategien zu überführen
