## Job description

Figure es una empresa de robótica e IA que desarrolla robots humanoides autónomos de uso general. El objetivo de la empresa es lanzar robots humanoides con inteligencia de nivel humano. Sus robots están diseñados para ejecutar una gran variedad de tareas en los mercados residencial y comercial. Figure tiene sede en San José, California, y está estableciendo su primera unidad de operaciones de datos en la Ciudad de México.

Como Facilities Coordinator (Coordinador/a de Facilities), eres el responsable de la operación predial de nuestra unidad de Ciudad de México, de punta a punta: servicios del edificio, seguridad externa y gestión de proveedores. Serás una de las primeras contrataciones en México, estableciendo las rutinas desde cero y manteniendo la unidad segura, funcional y lista para una operación en rápido crecimiento.

Esta es una posición de tiempo completo y presencial, en nuestra unidad de Ciudad de México.

Responsabilidades

- Liderar la operación del edificio: mantenimiento, limpieza, servicios básicos y servicios de workplace para una única unidad.
- Gestionar los proveedores de seguridad (vigilancia y CCTV) como punto de contacto responsable.
- Gestionar contratistas y proveedores de servicios: apoyo en la selección, agendamiento, acceso a la unidad, calidad y seguimiento.
- Ser el responsable de los contratos de proveedores, SLAs (acuerdos de nivel de servicio) y tickets; definir rutinas de escalación y conducir los problemas hasta su resolución.
- Liderar proyectos de adecuación y mejora de la unidad en colaboración con el liderazgo local.
- Establecer y mantener las rutinas y la documentación de seguridad laboral junto a los contratistas externos.
- Construir el playbook (manual de procesos) de facilities, incluyendo procesos, proveedores y presupuestos, conforme a los estándares de Figure.

Requisitos

- 4+ en facilities o gestión de workplace, con historial comprobado de responsabilidad por una unidad o frente.
- Experiencia gestionando proveedores y contratistas externos con autonomía.
- Perfil organizado y con disposición para trabajar en campo, cómodo siendo el único responsable de todo lo que involucra al edificio.
- Inglés a nivel profesional (coordinación escrita y oral con equipos en EE. UU.).

Diferenciales

- Experiencia en unidades industriales, galpones o entornos mixtos de oficina y operación.
- Experiencia abriendo o poniendo en marcha una nueva unidad.
- Familiaridad con las Normas Reguladoras de seguridad laboral de México.

Remuneración

- Salario base: $33,000 MXN a $43,000 MXN
