Le ou la technicien(ne) des installations est responsable de l’exploitation, de l’entretien et de la surveillance quotidiens des infrastructures du site. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et les fournisseurs externes, cette personne assure la disponibilité, la performance et l’optimisation continue des installations afin de soutenir la continuité d’opérations ininterrompues 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Responsabilités principales - Entretien et surveillance des installations : Superviser et effectuer l’entretien et les réparations quotidiennes des installations, surveiller les systèmes du bâtiment et s’assurer que toutes les infrastructures essentielles fonctionnent correctement. Planifier et superviser les services de nettoyage et d’entretien. - Soutien des systèmes énergiques et environnementaux: Assister à l’entretien des systèmes UPS, des génératrices, des équipements de CVC et des systèmes de contrôle environnemental afin de maintenir des conditions d’exploitation optimales. - Coordination des fournisseurs et des entrepreneurs : Accompagner et superviser les techniciens externes, en assurant à ce que les travaux soient effectués en toute sécurité et conformément aux protocoles du site et de l’entreprise - Gestion des ordres de travail et des tickets : Répondre aux demandes liées aux installations, assurer le suivi des problèmes et assurer à leur résolution en temps opportun. Répondre aux demandes d’entretien d’urgence et gérer leur résolution. - Tâches d’entretien préventif : Effectuer les activités d’entretien planifiées et consigner les résultats. Soutien en matière de santé, de sécurité et de sûreté: Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des procédures de sécurité, à la préparation aux situations d’urgence et au respect des contrôles d’accès au site. Assurer la conformité aux exigences en matière de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement. - Gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements: Maintenir un inventaire de matériaux essentiels et coordonner l’approvisionnement au besoin. - Soutien aux projets sur site: Participer à la modernisation des installations, à l’installation d’équipements et à l’amélioration des infrastructures. - Capacité à soulever de l’équipement : Effectuer des tâches physiques au besoin. Sécurité du site : Maintenir la sécurité de l’équipement et respecter les protocoles relatifs aux cartes d’accès. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical setting, takes pride in maintaining high‑availability infrastructure, and enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving. The Facilities Tech is responsible for all day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the Site infrastructure. Working closely with technical teams, and external vendors, this person ensures the facility runs smoothly and supports uninterrupted 24/7 operations. Main Responsibilities - Facility maintenance and monitoring: Oversee/provide daily facility maintenance and repairs, monitor building systems, and ensure all critical infrastructure is functioning properly. Schedule and supervise cleaning and upkeep services. - Support for power and environmental systems: Assist with UPS systems, generators, HVAC equipment, and environmental controls to maintain optimal operating conditions. - Vendor and contractor coordination: Escort and supervise external technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with Site/Company protocols. - Work order and ticket management: Respond to facility‑related requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Respond to emergency maintenance requests and manage resolution. - Preventive maintenance tasks: Carry out scheduled maintenance activities and document results. Health, safety, and security support: Assist with safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and adherence to site access controls. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Inventory and supplies management: Maintain stock of essential materials and coordinate procurement when needed. - Support for onsite projects: Participate in facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements. - Ability to lift equipment: Perform physical tasks as required.
