Vi søker nå en Feeding Solutions Specialist til hovedkontoret i Bergen. Dette er en rolle for deg som kjenner fôringsprosessen fra virkeligheten og som brenner for å bruke data til å forbedre FCR og RGI hos våre kunder. Du blir en del av Feeding-teamet, og jobber tett med produktutvikling og våre Customer Success- og salgsteam for å sikre at kundene får maksimal verdi av våre løsninger.

Ansvarsområder

- Fastsette og følge opp konkrete fôrings- og vekstmål sammen med kunden
- Være en faglig sparringspartner for kunder på fôringsstrategi og -optimalisering
- Veilede kunder i nye beslutningsprosesser basert på data
- Analysere, kontekstualisere, visualisere og presentere data
- Omdanne data til konkret, handlingsrettet innsikt for kundens fôringsteam
- Lære opp brukere i systemet og i praktisk bruk av data
- Formidle komplekse sammenhenger på en forståelig måte
- Utforske nye bruksområder for Aquabytes data
- Gjennomføre intern og ekstern benchmarking
- Være en tverrfaglig ressurs inn mot Aquabytes produktutvikling for Feeding

Kvalifikasjoner

- Praktisk erfaring med fôring av fisk og optimalisering av FCR/RGI fra oppdrett, fôrleverandør eller tilknyttet industri
- God forståelse av fôringsprosesser, fôr og ernæring i akvakultur
- Solid analytisk kompetanse, gjerne med erfaring innen dataanalyse og rapportering
- Nøyaktig, strukturert og selvdreven arbeidsmetodikk
- Utmerkede kommunikasjons- og presentasjonsevne
- Relevant høyere utdanning innen akvakultur, ernæring, dataanalyse, statistikk eller lignende felt er en fordel, men solid praktisk erfaring fra fôring kan veie like tungt
- Kjennskap til analyseverktøy som PowerBI, Python, Grafana eller lignende er en fordel
- Dedikasjon til kontinuerlig læring
- Flytende i engelsk og norsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
