This field-based role will be responsible for calling on bone marrow transplant centers and ensuring that commercial, operational, and access/reimbursement activities are aligned at the account level. You will work directly with transplant centers, hospital reimbursement teams, and payers to help remove access barriers, support appropriate reimbursement pathways, and ensure operational readiness as Ossium transitions from clinical use into commercial adoption. The initial build of the Field Accounts Management team will be account specific. We are looking for a Central FAM that should live in the Central time zone or the Southeast. This role reports directly to the Field Accounts Manager Lead.
