We're doing this by delivering an AI operating system for North America's leading insurance agencies and brokerages. ## What we do Quandri is transforming the insurance experience for policyholders across North America by providing AI to the industry's critical stakeholders, insurance agencies and brokerages. Insurance agents are the lifeblood of the insurance industry, and are where most Property & Casualty insurance is sold and serviced. Yet there are forces making it harder than ever for them to operate: more consolidation, a rising talent crisis, and the increasing complexity of insurance and the AI revolution. This challenge is a massive opportunity to rethink how insurance agencies operate. Quandri is at the cutting edge of this change, delivering transformation to the entire insurance experience one process at a time through a deep understanding of insurance workflows, systems, and data, paired with deep technical capabilities and proprietary models. We're making insurance better for policyholders, while helping brokerages deliver better client service, grow faster, and harness AI so they control the future of insurance distribution. Why join us? We're moving fast and focused on customer impact. You'll enjoy and be successful at Quandri if you: Have a deep customer focused mindset Can operate in a fast paced environment where change is constant Take high levels of ownership in everything you do Have AI first thinking and want to apply AI to solve real problems Operate with urgency and aren't afraid to move fast and make some mistakes along the way Are low ego and care more about the outcome than getting credit Want to have a big impact, not just make changes at the edges Our head office is in Vancouver, BC, with most of our team working here and the rest distributed across North America. ## About the role Field Enablement is about the skills that make AEs, BDRs, IMs, CSMs, and Support good at their jobs. Without a defined skill standard, ramp time and performance can vary from rep to rep, and that gap only grows as the team scales. The curriculum doesn't exist yet, so you'll get the opportunity to build it from scratch. You’ll work alongside leaders to define what good looks like for each role, and run training programs that get people there. This role covers both sales and CX for now, along with supporting marketing on campaign readiness across the customer lifecycle. As the team grows, the role will eventually specialize in either sales or CX. You'll partner closely with Product Enablement on release specific training, but the core of this job is behavioral and skills-based. ## What you'll do Build role specific onboarding and ongoing training curriculum for AE, BDR, IM, CSM, and Support from the ground up, working with each team's manager to define what good looks like Run coaching and call review programs that measure skill through job performance, not completion and quiz scores Support marketing on campaign readiness, making sure sales and post-sales departments know their respective roles in promoting our digital and in-person events Partner with Product Enablement on release specific training, while owning the role-specific skills that pair alongside the product knowledge Track performance data from calls and quota attainment to identify skill gaps, and build scalable training that solves for them The right person for this role will have Experience building skills based onboarding or ongoing training programs for sales or customer facing teams, ideally from scratch Comfort running a variety of skills-based programs across roles in sales and CX, whose departmental needs differ significantly The ability to work with managers to translate what good looks like into training programs that are actually adopted Experience with call review or coaching tools like Sybill, Nooks, Gong, or similar Project management experience in running skills certification and coaching cycles independently, from planning through execution Bonus points if you have Insurance or insurtech background Previous sales or post-sales experience Familiarity with Sybill or Nooks specifically Our guiding principles Customers at the core. We put the customer at the centre of all we do. We believe success comes from listening to customers and building what they need, not just what they say. Move with urgency. Businesses slow down as they grow. We fight that by defaulting to speed, in everything from sending an email to shipping code. Be curious. We aren't satisfied with surface level understanding. We ask why until we actually know. Excellence in execution. What separates good from great is execution. We commit to it in everything, from the product we ship to the emails we write. Act like an owner. We follow through on commitments, own our results, and think long term. Fight for simplicity. Systems get more complex over time by default. We intentionally fight for the simple, streamlined version. ## Compensation and benefits Base salary: 110k - 130k and 10k variable, dependent on level of experience Employee stock options based on experience level Comprehensive health benefits, including a Lifestyle Spending Account Four weeks of paid vacation per year Work from anywhere for 60 calendar days a year Parental leave top ups Quandri is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. As an equal opportunity employer, Quandri does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or any other legally protected status. Don't let imposter syndrome stop you from applying. If you think you'll be great at this role, we encourage you to apply. ## About Quandri ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Quandri builds an AI-powered Renewal Intelligence Platform that automates the repetitive parts of personal lines insurance renewals — policy analysis, requoting, and client outreach — so brokerages can scale without adding headcount. - **Entity Type**: Private (venture-backed startup; ~CAD $30M / USD $30.8M total funding) - **Headquarters**: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (Gastown office at 55 E Cordova) - **Founded**: 2020 per the company's own story page, but 2021 per LinkedIn/data providers — conflicting reports - **Founders**: Brothers Jackson Fregeau (Co-Founder & CEO) and Jamieson Fregeau (Co-Founder & President) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: InsurTech / AI-powered insurance automation (software development for the insurance vertical) - **Target customers**: B2B — independent property & casualty (P&C) insurance brokerages across North America, particularly those writing personal lines - **Mission/purpose**: "Unlock the world's insurance data so brokerages can better serve their clients." [quandri.io](https://www.quandri.io/us/working-at-quandri) ## Products & Services - **[Renewal Intelligence Platform]**: A SaaS platform that automates the most time-consuming parts of the insurance renewal workflow: (1) policy analysis to surface key insights and coverage gaps, (2) automatic requoting of high-risk policies and finalization of the most competitive options within carrier portals, and (3) generation of personalized renewal emails tailored to each client's coverage. This lets brokers manage up to 10x more policies without adding headcount. [linkedin.com](https://linkedin.com/company/quandri) - **Growth Signals**: Headcount of 81, up +16.7% year-over-year (+13 people); workforce distributed across Canada (~82%) and the United States (~7%); 4 offices across 2 countries; 8 active job postings as of the latest data. [linkedin.com](https://linkedin.com/company/quandri) [quandri.io](https://www.quandri.io/) ## Competitive Advantages - **Insurance-native AI**: Built specifically for personal lines renewals, not generic RPA or CRM automation — it understands policy data, carrier portals, and broker workflows. - **End-to-end renewal automation**: Covers insight discovery, requoting, and client communication in one platform, where competitors typically address only a single step. - **Outcome-driven model**: Positions itself as a capacity multiplier — enabling brokerages to handle 10x more policies and proactively serve 100% of their book of business, not just large accounts. [quandri.io](https://www.quandri.io/) - **Data flywheel**: Every policy processed feeds the "renewal intelligence" dataset, making the platform smarter and stickier over time. ## Strategic Focus - **Scale across North America**: Expanding from its Vancouver base with growing US presence; hiring a Director of Partnerships and Biz Ops Lead signals commercial expansion. [linkedin.com](https://linkedin.com/company/quandri) - **Deepen engineering & product**: Open roles for Staff Full Stack Engineer and Senior Infrastructure Engineer indicate continued platform investment in AI capabilities and infrastructure. [linkedin.com](https://linkedin.com/company/quandri) - **Grow customer success**: Active hiring for Customer Success Manager and Implementation Manager roles reflects a focus on retention and onboarding quality as the customer base scales. [linkedin.com](https://linkedin.com/company/quandri) ## Why Work Here - **Culture**: Employees are called "Quandronauts." The company says it models its culture on a crew of interstellar astronauts rather than a family, emphasizing innovation, data-driven decision-making, customer-centricity, and big-ambition risk-taking. [quandri.io](https://www.quandri.io/us/working-at-quandri) - **Hybrid work model**: Vancouver-based staff work from the Gastown office 3 days per week and host 3 social events per month. A "Work From Anywhere" program allows up to 60 remote work days per calendar year. [quandri.io](https://www.quandri.io/us/working-at-quandri) - **Compensation & benefits**: Competitive packages include stock options, a Group Retirement Savings Plan (GRSP), free financial advisory sessions, an annual learning & development fund, comprehensive health benefits, a lifestyle spending account, mental health coverage, and 4 weeks paid time off. [quandri.io](https://www.quandri.io/us/working-at-quandri) - **Hiring experience**: The company uses AI to handle administrative and logistical work in the interview process so interviewers can show up more fully in every conversation — part of its philosophy of automating the repetitive internally, too.
