The Sayari Commercial World Model resolves 11.7B+ primary-source records from 250+ jurisdictions forming the ground truth of global commerce. A Judgment Ontology, encoding over a decade of investigative tradecraft, and Superconductor, an agentic orchestration platform, deliver AI that reasons like an expert analyst, shows its work, and traces every finding to its source. Trusted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, HM Revenue & Customs, and Fortune 500 enterprises, Sayari is used by thousands of professionals across 35+ countries to secure supply chains and dismantle illicit networks. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Tel Aviv. ## About the Role Sayari’s customers buy answers to hard problems: who really owns a supplier, where a sanctioned network is moving goods, which alerts deserve an analyst’s time. Sayari’s AI platform Superconductor delivers those answers at machine scale. It is built in the field, with analysts and engineers working alongside customers to define what it needs to do. The Field Intelligence Analyst brings Sayari’s tradecraft to that work. You scope the problem, design the solution, prove its value, and deliver mission impact. You own the analytical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, from first conversation through sustained delivery. What you learn on live engagements flows back into Superconductor and into Sayari’s tradecraft standard. You work in our Field Intelligence Department, a global team of analysts deployed to support government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. You sit in the same org as Forward Deployed Engineers and the Product team. The field shapes the roadmap, and Product sets it. ## Why This Role Exists - Customers buy answers. Superconductor reasons like an expert analyst at machine scale. The analyst’s job shifts from producing every answer by hand to directing, validating, and extending what Superconductor produces, and teaching customer analysts to do the same. - Context should survive the contract. The analyst who designed the proof-of-value knows why the success criteria are what they are. Keeping that analyst on the account protects delivery quality and surfaces the next problem before the customer names it. - Tradecraft is built in the field. Field Intelligence Analysts see what was promised, what was delivered, and what the customer did with it. That full view produces better methodology, better evals, and a better Superconductor than any single-phase role can. ## What You Will Do Own the analytical relationship, end to end - Run discovery and proof-of-value engagements anchored on work the customer already pays people to do, such as alert adjudication, due diligence, investigations, and case prioritization. Define success criteria you will personally be accountable for delivering. - Stay on the account after close and deliver the work you scoped. This includes multi-hop investigations across ownership, trade, and corporate records, plus analytical briefings and training. - Serve as the customer’s single analytical point of contact from first conversation through renewal. Build with Field Engineering and Product - Pair with FDEs on discovery and delivery. You define the analytical requirement, they build it, and you validate it against the mission. - When something built for one customer should be rebuilt for many, make the case to Product with evidence: the problem, the workaround, and the customers who share it. - Document where the platform falls short of the mission, with raw examples attached. Deliver analyst-plus-AI, and teach it - Direct Superconductor against live mission problems. Validate its reasoning against expert standards, and extend it into new customer workflows. - Train and certify customer analysts on Sayari methods and on working with Superconductor. Identify the customer experts who should go further. Build the tradecraft - Capture the judgment calls, non-obvious pivots, and creative approaches from live engagements. Contribute them to the Tradecraft team as expert-annotated reference cases, eval scenarios, and training material. - Hold your work to the Field Intelligence standard, and help raise it. Support Go-To-Market Teams - Work with Sales to diagnose customer problems, scope solutions, and deliver mission impact. ## Who You Are Required - A builder’s temperament and comfort with ambiguity. You do well on small teams with end-to-end ownership and no defined lane, working next to engineers on things that don’t exist yet. - Experience conducting complex, multi-source investigations in one or more of these areas: financial crime, sanctions and export controls, supply chain and forced labor risk, transnational criminal organizations, or law enforcement and intelligence investigations. This should include work with corporate records, trade data, and OSINT. - Customer-facing range. You have scoped engagements, demonstrated capability to skeptical experts, and delivered under a statement of work. Candidates often come from solutions consulting, services delivery, embedded analytics, or mission-support roles. - Hands-on fluency directing and evaluating AI and agentic analytical tools. You can define what “right” looks like precisely enough to test against. - Clear communication with analysts, program managers, engineers, and executives. Desired - Python or SQL for data manipulation, and familiarity with REST APIs. - Experience designing training curricula or certifying analysts. - For government portfolios: an active Government security clearance and same citizenship as your country of residence. Sayari is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply. We believe diversity and inclusion mean our team members should reflect the diversity of the United States. No employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status, genetics, or political affiliation. We strongly encourage applicants of all backgrounds to apply. ## About Sayari ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Sayari provides a risk intelligence platform powered by a world model of global commerce and the shadow economy, used for sanctions screening, supply chain risk, and national security analysis. - **Entity Type**: Private (Growth-stage, $228M Series B from TPG) - **Headquarters**: Washington, D.C., USA (Global HQ) with a second HQ in London, UK; offices in Canada, Israel, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo, and Canberra. - **Founded**: 2015 - **Founders**: Farley Mesko (CEO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Risk Intelligence, Trade Compliance, National Security, Supply Chain Risk Management, AI for Economic Security. - **Target customers**: B2B, Enterprise, and Government. It integrates a search engine for non-indexed records, a knowledge graph of 1.5B+ entities and 3B+ relationships across 250+ jurisdictions, and agentic AI that produces verifiable, source-cited reasoning. - **Superconductor**: Evaluation infrastructure that scores every AI output against tradecraft standards before it reaches a human team, ensuring quality and auditability. - **Commercial World Model**: The underlying data asset — a structured model of global corporate and trade records (11.7B+ longitudinal records) including hard-to-access data from secrecy jurisdictions and ephemeral sources. - **Internal xOS Infrastructure**: The same judgment infrastructure sold to clients is used internally to run all functions (marketing, sales, CS, finance, legal, engineering) — proving the product on the company's own operations. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not publicly disclosed. - **Key Metric**: ~$100M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), still founder-led. - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Raised $228M from TPG (Series B, 2025). Global expansion with offices across 8 countries and 24-hour coverage. ## Competitive Advantages - **Proprietary Data & Knowledge Graph**: A decade of work building the world model of global commerce, connecting 1.5B+ entities and 3B+ relationships across 250+ jurisdictions, including hard-to-access data. This data and the tradecraft expertise that interprets it have co-evolved and cannot be easily replicated. - **Judgment Infrastructure**: Unlike black-box AI, Sayari’s agentic systems produce verifiable, source-cited reasoning that can stand up in enforcement proceedings. The "Superconductor" layer proves quality before deployment. - **AI-Native Operations**: The company runs its own operations on the same AI infrastructure it sells, creating a compounding feedback loop where every internal interaction sharpens the product. - **Trusted by Government & Enterprise**: Deployed at U.S. federal agencies and over a quarter of the top global banks, providing a strong moat in a regulated market. ## Strategic Focus - **AI-Native Transformation**: Rebuilding every internal function (marketing, sales, CS, legal, finance) on custom AI operating systems (xOS) — treating the company as the proving ground for its own product. - **Agentic AI for Risk**: Moving beyond chatbots and copilots to automated loops that monitor signals, produce outputs, and route them to the right people without human prompting. - **Global Expansion**: Deepening presence in EMEA (London HQ2, Israel engineering, Dubai sales) and APAC (Singapore, Tokyo, Canberra) to serve the fastest-growing compliance and supply chain markets. ## Why Work Here - **Mission-Driven Work**: The company directly impacts national security and global commerce integrity. The stated philosophy is "there is real good and real evil. We show up every day to contribute towards the good." - **Technical Frontier**: Engineers work on entity resolution at scale across 500M+ companies in 250+ jurisdictions, adversarial data in multiple scripts (Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Persian), and agentic AI for risk — all on a knowledge graph of 1.5B+ entities. - **Founder-Led & Growth-Stage**: ~$100M ARR with the speed of a startup. The company describes itself as "founded twice" — having undergone a major platform shift to AI-native operations. - **AI-Native Culture**: Every team runs on xOS, the same judgment infrastructure sold to clients. New hires don't just ship features; they help design how a company operates when "nothing is sacrosanct and every process is a candidate for reinvention." - **Global & Flexible**: Regional compensation, locally compliant benefits, and flexible working arrangements are standard. Engineering and data teams are based in D.C. and Canada; the company has 24-hour time zone coverage. - **Awards**: Inc. Best Workplaces (2025), Deloitte Fast 500 (2025), Inc. 5000 (2025). ## Sources 1. [Sayari About Page](https://sayari.com/about/) 2. [Sayari Homepage](https://sayari.com/) 3.
