## About the Role

We’re hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build Sarvam’s presence among enterprise decision-makers and help them understand how our technology applies to their business. You’ll be responsible for audience development, event delivery and campaign follow-through across executive roundtables, partner programmes and industry conferences. The role requires hands-on event experience, strong research and organisational skills, and practical fluency with AI tools.

## What You’ll Do

- Execute field programmes. Plan and deliver executive roundtables, customer events, workshops and sponsored conferences, coordinating timelines, speakers, content and on-ground execution.
- Develop relevant audiences. Research target accounts and buying roles. Build account and contact segments based on industry, business needs and product relevance.
- Manage event operations. Coordinate venues, vendors, agencies, production and logistics. Track budgets, negotiate quotes and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate campaign outreach. Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communication and post-event follow-ups in partnership with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Track programme performance. Maintain accurate campaign records and report on account participation, qualified engagement, meetings and pipeline contribution.
- Build efficient workflows. Apply AI and automation to research, contact enrichment, campaign operations and reporting, with appropriate checks for accuracy and data quality.

## What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.
- Experience independently coordinating in-person events, including vendors, budgets and logistics.
- Strong account research and audience segmentation skills, with an understanding of enterprise buying roles.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on use of AI tools to improve research and execution, including experience building repeatable workflows.
- Clear written communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for events across India.

Bonus Points

- Experience supporting account-based marketing or partner-led campaigns.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, AI products or technical audiences.
