Position: RMA/Field Service Technician Location: Austin, TX (on-site/Hybrid) Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of Infinitum's Integrated Motor & VFD products at customer sites. You will also be responsible for documenting your work, providing technical feedback to internal teams, and developing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
