You will be a key member of the Finance team, owning day-to-day expense management and supporting month-end reconciliation activities. This role starts as a hands-on expense and reconciliation specialist and evolves into an agent supervisor as automated workflows are built out and handed over, while also supporting broader day-to-day accounting activities. ## Who You Are Tech-forward finance professional who prioritizes automation over manual processing. Comfortable executing a structured accounting process today, and motivated to progressively reduce manual work by improving and scaling automated finance workflows. ## What You'll Do Expense Management - Administer Float for daily credit card transaction coding and semi-monthly employee reimbursement reviews - Manage wellness stipend reimbursement review cycle - Support ongoing expense process controls and system integrity - Respond to ad hoc requests from Finance and other stakeholders as priorities shift General Accounting Support - Post basic bank journal entries and support daily bank transaction activity - Support selected U.S. entity balance sheet reconciliations at month-end - Assist in audit and tax preparation by pulling system-generated data sets What Skills You Need - 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar role - Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes - Comfort working in cloud-based finance tools (Float, NetSuite, Stripe, Zip or similar) - Strong attention to detail with a bias toward building systems over repeating manual tasks - Ability to prioritize across multiple high-frequency workflows in a fast-paced environment ## Why This Role This position consolidates accounts payable and payroll responsibilities that currently span multiple team members.
