Responsibilities include assisting with budget creation and maintenance, vendor outreach and assistance with fundraisers, supporting grant preparation, and helping to plan the ACE Nationals Trip to Toronto. The Finance Coordinator will also participate in weekly training sessions, which feature structured business lessons, mock case competitions, and personalized feedback, to develop core business skills and prepare for the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference in January 2027. This role is designed to provide the VP Finance with a reliable second set of hands, ensuring smooth financial operations and strong team collaboration.
