우리 팀(프로젝트)을 소개합니다.

Financial Strategy 팀은 크래프톤의 전략적 목표에 따른 기업 경영 관련 주요 프로젝트(M&A, 기업 및 주주가치 제고, 투자 사후 관리 등)를 수행하고 크래프톤 내 유관조직과 업무를 하면서 독립적인 의견을 통해 경영진의 주요 의사결정을 지원하는 부서입니다.

우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.

- 1) 기업 경영 관련 주요 project (예, M&A, capital market transaction) 실무
- M&A의 경우 투자실행 조직과 co-work을 통해, 대상 target에 대한 평가, 가치 산출, 재무/회계적 implication 및 solution 도출 업무
- 투자기업의 전략적 투자 목적 이행 현황을 지속적으로 모니터링하고, 재무·비재무 성과 진단을 통해 경영진에 대한 독립적 분석 의견 제공 및 자문
- Project 추진을 위해 회계, 공시, IR, 법무 등 다양한 유관부서와의 업무 조율 및 coordination
- 재무, 회계, 법무 자문사와의 업무 조율 및 검토
- 2) 기업 가치 제고, 주주 가치 극대화 관점에서 기업 재무관련 검토 실무
- 주주환원정책 수립 및 시행을 포함한 다양한 Corporate Finance 관련 전략적 agenda에 대한 검토
- 중장기 business plan 및 growth strategy에 대한 검토
- 기업 지배 구조 개선, 자회사 분할, 합병, 구조 조정 등에 대한 검토
- 3) 그 외 ad-hoc base로 비즈니스 전략과 연계한 재무전략 관련 project 업무 수행

- Investment Banking에서 M&A, 기업 Consulting 업무 7년 이상 수행 경력
- Private Equity, Venture Capital, 자산운용사 등에서 투자 실행, PMI, 투자 사후 관리 등 7년 이상 수행 경력
- 상장사 재무전략, 지주사 재무관리 업무, 또는 회계사 혹은 CFA License보유자로 기업 재무/비재무 자문 업무 7년 이상 수행 경력

[업무 외 필수요건]

- 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업 및 조율 경험이 있는 분
- Business Fluent 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖추신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
