## Job description

本ポジションは、Telexistenceの事業計画・予算の策定と、株主・投資家とのコミュニケーション（IR）を一体で担うファイナンス機能のリードです。中期経営計画・年度予算の策定と予実管理を通じて、事業部門ごとの数字を会社としての計画に落とし込むとともに、その計画を既存株主・新規投資家に対して一貫したストーリーとして語れる状態をつくり、資金調達および将来の株式上場（IPO）を見据えた投資家向け資料の準備までを一気通貫で担当します。 単なる数字の集計・管理にとどまらず、「ロボットという新しい労働力の事業は、どの前提で、いつ、どれだけの規模になるのか」を、事業の現場に踏み込みながら財務モデルと言葉の両方で示すことが求められます。CEO・経営陣と近距離で議論し、Product、Operation、Engineering、Legal等の各部門と連携しながら、IPOを見据えた経営管理体制とIR機能の土台をつくり、将来的にはファイナンスチームを率いていただく役割です。

主な職務内容

- 中期経営計画・年度予算の策定プロセスの設計と運営（事業部門・コーポレート部門との前提のすり合わせを含む）
- 事業別・プロダクト別の収益モデル、ユニットエコノミクス、キャッシュフロー予測の構築・更新
- 月次・四半期での予実管理、差異分析、着地見込みの更新と経営層への定期報告
- 主要KPIの定義・モニタリング体制の構築と、経営会議・取締役会向け資料の作成
- 新規事業・大型案件・設備投資に関する事業性評価と投資判断の支援
- 既存株主向けの定期報告（業績・KPI・事業進捗）の企画・資料作成・運営
- 資金調達におけるエクイティストーリー、投資家向けプレゼンテーション、事業計画モデルの作成
- 投資家からの質問・デューデリジェンス対応の窓口、およびデータルームの整備・運営
- 英文での投資家向け資料作成、および海外株主とのコミュニケーション
- IPOを見据えた予算統制・KPI管理の整備と、将来的なIR機能（開示方針、説明資料、投資家対応フロー）の設計（監査法人・証券会社等の外部専門家との連携を含む）
- 経理・Legal等のコーポレート機能との役割分担の設計

応募資格

必須条件（Required）

- 学歴：学士以上
- 経験：
- 事業計画策定・予算策定・予実管理の実務経験（合計5年以上）
- 経営層または投資家向けの財務・事業計画資料の作成経験
- チームまたはプロジェクトのリード経験（メンバーのマネジメント、または複数部門を束ねたプロジェクトの推進）

以下いずれかの領域での実務経験

- 事業会社の経営企画・FP&A部門
- 投資銀行・証券会社（IB／ECM）、PEファンド・VC、FAS等における財務モデリング・資金調達支援
- コンサルティングファームにおける事業計画策定・財務分析を中心としたプロジェクト
- スタートアップにおける資金調達・投資家対応
- スキル：
- 三表連動の財務モデルを自ら構築・運用できるExcel／Google スプレッドシートのスキル
- PL・BS・CFの会計知識と、事業の打ち手を数字に翻訳する力
- 部門横断かつ多様な人材を巻き込み、前提の異なる数字を一つの計画にまとめ上げる実行力
- 語学：ビジネスレベルの日本語力。英語での資料読解・作成に抵抗がないこと（海外株主や社内の外国籍メンバーとのコミュニケーションが発生）
- マインドセット：
- 数字の正確性へのこだわりと、社内外への説明責任に対する圧倒的な当事者意識
- 変化が早く不確実性の高い環境下での適応力と問題解決能力
