Your responsibilities:

- Management & Financial Reporting: Own the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) and management reports, and take part in monthly financial reviews with the leadership team
- FP&A: Supporting monthly budget updates, conducting plan vs. actual analyses, and helping prepare annual budgets and financial models
- Accounting & Audit Support: Organization of financial documentation, review of financial statements and tax declarations, coordination with external accountants, and support during audit processes
- Payroll & Compensation: Support in payroll processing, and ensuring up-to-date and accurate compensation-related data across systems
- Legal & Admin Support: Drafting and reviewing financial sections of contracts, and preparing documentation for board meetings, preparing and reviewing contracts
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with various internal teams to provide insights and data for decision-making processes

Your skills:

- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in finance or audit at Big4 or FMCG will be a huge plus
- Excel/Google Sheets is your comfort zone; budgeting systems don’t scare you
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes
- Experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks
- Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy and integrity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
