Financial Analyst The Financial Analyst is a key contributor on the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for providing granular data and analysis on business issues, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Billtrust. You will partner with various levels of management within business units and with corporate stakeholders to develop, interpret, and implement financial and accounting concepts related to strategic planning, forecasting, and capital allocation—using AI tools to accelerate analysis and deliver sharper, faster insights to the business. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, a strong communicator, and eager to grow their FP&A career at a fast-moving fintech company. ## What You'll Do Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting - Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and long-range plans, using AI tools to accelerate data compilation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis. - Assist in revenue, expense, and cash flow projections for assigned business units and departments. - Analyze actual results to understand variances and revise projections as appropriate, supporting ongoing budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, and business trends analysis. - Other duties as assigned.
