At Chamber, we are rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients. Our model blends clinical expertise, thoughtful design, and a modern operating platform that supports physicians, patients, and payers alike. We believe innovation and empathy go hand in hand, and by combining cutting-edge AI tools with a relentless focus on human care, we can transform heart health at scale. ## Role Overview Chamber is hiring its first dedicated Financial Analyst to help build the financial infrastructure behind our next stage of growth. As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, you’ll turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence provider strategy, growth priorities, corporate development, and executive decisions. You’ll partner across Finance, Growth, and Network Operations to evaluate provider economics, build financial plans and scenarios, and improve KPI reporting. Your analysis will help Chamber assess new markets, structure provider partnerships and incentives, and allocate resources with greater confidence. This is an opportunity to shape both the work and how it gets done. You’ll use tools such as Claude to create faster, more flexible models, automate recurring reporting, and deliver timely insights—helping establish a lean, modern finance function that scales with the company. ## Key Responsibilities Strategic & Growth Finance - Partner with the Growth team to build provider pitch decks and financial cases for network diversification and enterprise opportunities. - Evaluate provider deals and other strategic opportunities, including revenue, contribution margin, costs, and profitability. - Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives and partnerships. Provider Economics & Financial Planning - Rebuild and continuously optimize Chamber's provider performance model, including incentive structures that drive sales conversion. - Build market-level P&Ls and support how Chamber pays providers, support, and admin staff. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes, including scenario and sensitivity analysis. - Support ELT on budgeting, spend, and resource allocation. Reporting & Decision Support - Support month-end close, corporate P&L, and variance analysis. - Own and maintain recurring financial and operating KPI reporting for leadership. - Drive financial automation — leveraging Claude and other AI tools to deliver real-time insight into business performance. - Perform ad hoc financial and strategic analysis for leadership as Chamber scales. What You’ll Accomplish in Your First 90 Days - Develop a strong understanding of Chamber’s business model, provider economics, and establish relationships with key partners across the business such as Growth and Network Operations. - Rebuild the provider performance model and equip the Growth team to use it for pricing and incentive decisions. - Put Claude or another AI tool into practice to improve the speed, accuracy, or usefulness of recurring financial reporting. ## What We’re Looking For - A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, along with a working knowledge of accrual accounting. - 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking, including at least one year in healthcare. - Advanced Excel modeling skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into a clear, compelling PowerPoint narrative. - Experience using AI tools such as Claude to build, refine, or stress-test financial models and reporting workflows. - Based in Nashville, Tennessee, with the ability to work from the office one day per week. Chamber Values Our values guide how we lead, collaborate, and care: - Low Ego: We stay grounded, curious, and open to feedback. - Empathy: We build trust through compassion and thoughtful communication. - Courage: We take action, think critically, and challenge ideas respectfully. - Ownership: We follow through with integrity and hold ourselves to high standards. - Grit: We push through ambiguity, move with urgency, and solve problems with horsepower and heart. Location Based in Nashville, TN. In-office one day per week. ## About Chamber Cardio ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Chamber Cardio provides a technology-enabled platform and services that helps cardiology practices transition to value-based care, improving patient outcomes and reducing costs. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: Washington, D.C., United States (853 New Jersey Avenue SE, Suite 200) - **Founded**: 2022 - **Founders**: George Aloth (CEO), Dr. Sameer Sheth (President & CMO), Dr. Jeffrey DeFlavio (Executive Chairman) ## Core Business - Primary industry/industries: Healthcare technology (HealthTech), Cardiovascular care, Value-based care enablement - Target customers: B2B — primarily cardiology practices and health plans/payers in the U.S. focused on value-based care models for Medicare Advantage and other risk-based arrangements. - Mission or purpose statement: To bring clinical signals, care teams, and patient context into alignment so clinicians can see the full picture and act earlier with certainty. They are "building the infrastructure that helps cardiologists succeed in value-based care." ## Products & Services - **Chamber Platform**: A cardiology-focused data and intelligence platform that integrates into clinical workflows. It uses workflow-native AI to prioritize high-risk patients, identify gaps in guideline-directed therapy, and reduce manual chart review. The platform brings together fragmented cardiac signals and workflows. - **Contracting Services**: Chamber helps cardiology practices negotiate and manage value-based care contracts with health plans, ensuring they are compensated for delivering the right care at the right time. - **Care Team Support**: Chamber provides operational infrastructure and care management support (e.g., RN Care Managers) to help practices manage patient populations, improve outcomes, and reduce hospitalizations. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed - **Key Metric**: Total Funding — $68 million - Seed Round (March 2024): $8 million led by General Catalyst - Series A (February 2026): $60 million led by Frist Cressey Ventures, with participation from General Catalyst, AlleyCorp, American Family Ventures, Company Ventures, Optum Ventures, Healthworx Ventures, Black Opal Ventures, and debt from HSBC Innovation Banking. - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Frist Cressey Ventures (lead Series A), General Catalyst, AlleyCorp, Optum Ventures, Black Opal Ventures, American Family Ventures, HSBC Innovation Banking. Job postings are up 550% year-over-year. The $60M Series A is earmarked for national expansion, scaling payer partnerships, and building out clinical, operational, and technology teams. ## Competitive Advantages - **Value-Based Care Focus**: Chamber is exclusively focused on enabling cardiology practices to succeed in value-based care models, a high-growth area driven by the shift away from fee-for-service. - **Clinician-Led**: Co-founded by a cardiologist (Dr. Sameer Sheth) and a healthcare industry leader (Dr. Jeffrey DeFlavio), giving them deep domain expertise and credibility. - **Bundled Offering**: Unlike pure software vendors, Chamber provides a combination of technology (AI-driven platform), payer contracting services, and operational care team support, creating a "one-stop-shop" for practices. - **Proven Outcomes**: They publicly report strong metrics, including a 19% reduction in total cost of care and a 17% decrease in total inpatient admissions for their patient populations. ## Strategic Focus - **Current Priorities**: National expansion of payer partnerships and cardiology practice network; growing the clinical, operational, and technology teams; deepening the platform's AI capabilities for workflow-native intelligence; and scaling into new markets beyond the current seven states. - **Growth Direction**: Building a connected infrastructure for the entire cardiovascular care ecosystem, connecting patients, providers, and payers to reduce fragmentation and improve outcomes. ## Why Work Here - **Culture & Mission**: The company is mission-driven with a focus on improving patient lives and fixing a broken healthcare system. The website emphasizes "connection" and "alignment" — between data, care teams, and patients. They seek "engineers, clinicians, operators, and problem solvers who care deeply about improving patient lives." - **Growth & Impact**: Joining a fast-growing company (200% YoY headcount growth) at the Series A stage offers significant ownership and impact. Employees can shape processes and products as the company scales. - **Work Environment**: Based on their open roles, the company is building a full-stack engineering team, AI capability, and a clinical care operations team. Active roles include Director of AI Enablement, Staff Full Stack Engineer, RN Care Manager, and Manager of Medical Economics. - **Location**: Headquarters in Washington, D.C. (Navy Yard area), with a presence in Canada. The specific remote/hybrid policy is not explicitly stated, but given the distributed nature of their team (employees in the US and Canada), some flexibility is likely. - **Notable Perks**: The company highlights its commitment to building a cohesive team. The rapid hiring and fresh funding signal a stable and ambitious young company. ## Sources 1. [chambercardio.com](https://www.chambercardio.com/) 2.
