부서소개 Financial Assistant (인턴)는 회계 증빙·전표 처리, 법인카드 관리, 금융 및 외환 제반 서류 관리 등 일상적인 재무 업무를 다루며 Finance 조직의 안정적인 운영을 지원합니다.  또한 네오위즈 매입·매출 내역 관리와 세금계산서, 정산 증빙 등 주요 재무 자료의 적정성을 꼼꼼하게 검토하고 세부 내역을 모니터링하는 역할을 담당합니다. 단순한 서류 입력을 넘어 회사의 실무 재무 프로세스 전반을 이해하고, 정확한 증빙 검토 및 서류 관리를 통해 효율적인 재무 운영 환경을 함께 만들어갑니다.

담당 업무 회계 증빙 및 전표 처리

- 네오위즈 매입·매출 내역 관리 및 재무 업무 수행
- 전표 입력, 세금계산서 등 기본적인 회계 증빙 검토 및 정리

지출 및 법인카드 관리

- 법인카드 발급, 수령 및 운영 관리
- 법인카드 사용 내역 모니터링 및 정산 증빙 검토

금융/외환 및 제반 서류 관리

- 은행 및 금융기관 제출용 각종 증명서/서류 발급 및 취합
- 해외투자 신고, 외환 관련 등 외부 제출 및 제반 서류 관리
- Finance 조직 내 운영에 필요한 각종 문서 및 서류 관리

프로세스 및 업무 효율화

- 일상적인 재무 업무의 효율적인 진행을 위한 프로세스 개선 제안 및 참여

자격 요건

- 상경 계열 또는 재무/회계 전공자로 기본 재무/회계 지식을 갖추신 분
- 증빙 검토 및 정산 업무를 정확하고 꼼꼼하게 수행할 수 있는 분
- 기본적인 엑셀 함수 및 서식 활용에 능숙하신 분
- 유관 부서 및 내부 구성원과 원활하게 소통할 수 있으신 분

우대 사항

- 회계 관련 자격증(전산회계, 전산세무, 재경관리사 등)을 보유하신 분
- Excel 등 MS Office 활용 능력이 우수하신 분
- 주도적으로 고민하며 업무를 개선해 나가는 태도를 가지신 분
- 적극적으로 소통하고 함께 해결하려는 성향을 가지신 분

고용 형태

- 인턴 (1년 / 수습 3개월)
- 평가에 따라 1년 연장을 검토할 수 있습니다. 다만 정규직 전환은 고려하고 있지 않습니다.

근무 형태

- 근무시간: 일 8시간 고정 근무 (주 40시간)
