Siamo alla ricerca di un Jr Financial Controller da inserire nel nostro team.

## DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI

- Financial Reporting: garantire la corretta e puntuale chiusura contabile mensile, trimestrale e annuale;
- Budgeting & Forecasting: gestire la definizione del budget annuale in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali; elaborare rolling forecast e analisi degli scostamenti, fornendo insight concreti sull’andamento economico-finanziario e individuando eventuali azioni correttive;
- Accounts Payable (AP) e Accounts Receivable (AR): garantire la corretta e puntuale gestione delle fatture dei fornitori; predisporre e presentare report relativi ai debiti e ai crediti commerciali, agli scadenziari dei pagamenti e all’analisi di fornitori e clienti;
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: supportare la gestione dei flussi di cassa e della liquidità, assicurando la disponibilità delle risorse necessarie a far fronte agli impegni finanziari; gestire i rapporti con gli istituti finanziari e le attività di finanziamento.

## COSA CI PIACEREBBE CHE PORTASSI CON TE

- Laurea magistrale o titolo equivalente in Economia, Finanza, Contabilità o discipline affini. Il possesso di una certificazione CPA, ACCA o CFA sarà considerato un plus.
- Conoscenza del financial reporting, del budgeting, del forecasting e del cost accounting, con particolare attenzione alla conformità agli standard IFRS, GAAP e alla normativa vigente.
- Competenze in financial modeling, cash flow management e risk management, con capacità di trasformare i dati finanziari in informazioni utili a supportare le decisioni strategiche.
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di controllo interno, della fiscalità, della compliance e dei sistemi ERP, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare i processi finanziari.
- Padronanza dei software e degli strumenti per la gestione finanziaria, inclusi i sistemi ERP e Microsoft Excel.
- Capacità analitiche, comunicative e di problem solving, unite alla capacità di presentare e rendere comprensibili dati e informazioni complesse.
