About the Role: We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead BJAK’s regional finance function and drive financial excellence across our fast-growing business. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring financial health, governance, and scalability across multiple markets. You will partner closely with the leadership team to guide financial strategy, strengthen controls, manage reporting and audits, and enable data-driven decisions that support our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and compliance across all regional entities, ensuring alignment with both corporate and local regulatory standards. - Consolidate and analyze financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
