Por isso, estamos buscando uma pessoa para se juntar ao nosso time Financeiro como FinOps e ser protagonista na construção de uma operação financeira de classe mundial. Nessa função, você será o motor que mantém os processos financeiros da Enter rodando com fluidez e precisão. Vai cuidar do que há de mais crítico no dia a dia — contas a pagar, relacionamento com fornecedores e parceiros, fluxos de caixa — e terá espaço para repensar processos, propor melhorias e deixar sua marca em uma área que é fundamental para a saúde e a escalabilidade do negócio. Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

- Contas a pagar: você será o guardião do ciclo completo de contas a pagar do recebimento e validação de notas fiscais à execução dos pagamentos, garantindo que tudo aconteça nos prazos certos, com a documentação correta e em total conformidade com nossas políticas;
- Relacionamento com fornecedores: ser a ponte entre a Enter e nossos parceiros externos em temas financeiros, conduzindo follow-ups com agilidade, resolvendo divergências e construindo relações de confiança que sustentam a operação;
- Gestão de cartões de crédito: administração dos cartões corporativos, conciliação de faturas, classificação de despesas com olhar atento para identificar oportunidades de otimização;
- Controles e melhoria de processos: aqui você não vai só executar vai questionar, repensar e melhorar.
- Esperamos que você identifique gargalos, proponha automações e ajude a transformar a operação financeira em uma engrenagem cada vez mais escalável.

Idealmente, você tem:

- Pelo menos 4 anos de experiência sólida na área financeira, com vivência prática em contas a pagar, rotinas operacionais e relacionamento com fornecedores;
- Capacidade analítica afiada e atenção obsessiva aos detalhes;
- Familiaridade com sistemas financeiros/ERPs e domínio de Excel/Google Sheets;
- Perfil organizado, autônomo e hands-on, com energia para priorizar bem em um ambiente dinâmico e em rápida evolução;
- Boa comunicação e jogo de cintura para se relacionar com áreas internas e parceiros externos com clareza e empatia.
