Tu misión será repensar y transformar la forma en que Toku opera sus procesos de facturación y cobranza, identificando oportunidades de mejora y construyendo las herramientas, automatizaciones y procesos necesarios para que la compañía pueda cobrar de manera más rápida, eficiente y escalable. Serás el process owner de los procesos que estén bajo tu responsabilidad: tendrás ownership sobre sus resultados y KPIs, y deberás movilizar a distintos equipos para asegurar que las soluciones que construyamos realmente generen impacto. ## RESPONSABILIDADES Como FinOps Specialist, tus principales responsabilidades serán: - Repensar y transformar los procesos de cobranza y facturación de Toku: - Mapear el proceso end-to-end (facturación, notificación, seguimiento, resolución de disputas) y detectar dónde hay espacio para ganar velocidad, precisión y mejor experiencia de cliente. - Diseñar la próxima versión del proceso, pensada para que escale de manera eficiente a medida que crece la compañía. - Construir e implementar automatizaciones y productos internos: - Liderar proyectos de automatización con IA y diseño de herramientas internas para los procesos financieros de la compañía, partiendo por facturación y cobranza. - Hacerte cargo del ciclo completo del proyecto: definir el problema, diseñar la solución junto a Producto/Ingeniería, medir el impacto y asegurar la adopción por parte de los equipos que la usan. - Tomar ownership de los resultados - Definir y monitorear KPIs relevantes de facturación y cobranza, como mora, DSO, tasa de resolución, etc. - Coordinar con Finanzas, Customer Success, Producto, Ingeniería y otros equipos para asegurar que las soluciones implementadas generen el impacto esperado. - Construir y escalar nuevos procesos dentro de Finanzas - Identificar nuevos desafíos y oportunidades de mejora dentro del área. - El rol comienza con foco en facturación y cobranza, pero tendrá un alcance creciente dentro del área de Finanzas.
