## DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du verstehst, strukturierst und bewertest technische Anforderungen unserer Kunden.
- Du konzipierst und baust Integrationen zwischen 8returns und externen Systemen wie Shops, ERP-Systemen, 3PLs und Warehouse-Tools.
- Du analysierst APIs, Webhooks und technische Dokumentationen, um Datenflüsse sauber umzusetzen.
- Du begleitest Kundenanforderungen von der ersten technischen Einschätzung bis zur produktiven Lösung.
- Du schätzt Machbarkeit, Aufwand und technische Risiken für Sales und Customer Success ein.
- Du setzt kleinere Produktanpassungen, Automatisierungen und kundenspezifische Erweiterungen eigenständig um.
- Du debugst Integrationsprobleme und entwickelst robuste Lösungen daraus.
- Du erkennst wiederkehrende Integrationsmuster und übersetzt sie in wiederverwendbare Bausteine.

## WAS WIR SUCHEN

- Technischer Background in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering oder vergleichbarer praktischer Erfahrung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von APIs, Datenmodellen, Webhooks, Authentifizierung, Logs und technischen Dokumentationen
