It gives agents and applications access to the APIs their users rely on. More than 700 paying customers use Nango today, including ServiceNow, Replit, Ramp. We are a YC-backed team of 14 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other leading developer-tool companies. We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers build with Nango and turn their needs into better products. This is a full-stack engineering role with heavy customer interaction. Expect frequent customer calls, Slack conversations, and pairing sessions alongside hands-on coding. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential. ## What You’ll Do - Work directly with customers from technical evaluations to production & beyond. - Lead customer calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives. - Build integrations and resolve complex implementation and platform issues. - Ship full-stack product improvements, from design through deployment. - Keep customers informed with clear updates, expectations, and next steps. - Shape the roadmap with what you learn from customers. ## Who You Are - You communicate exceptionally well in English, on calls and in writing. - You build customer trust, listen carefully, and explain technical tradeoffs clearly. - You enjoy frequent customer interaction and helping developers succeed. - You have 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience. - You translate customer needs into thoughtful, lasting product solutions. - You are comfortable debugging APIs, integrations, and production systems. - You manage multiple customer priorities and follow through reliably. - Experience with developer tools or customer-facing engineering is a plus.
