Who You Will Be Working With You’ll be part of PMG’s Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team of senior, customer-facing engineers that operate at the intersection of business problems, technology, and platform innovation. FDE partners deeply with priority customers, Vertical leaders, Client Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to solve complex, high-impact challenges that don’t fit standard playbooks. The team builds custom technical solutions, within the PMG Operating System (Alli), sometimes integrating with Alli from a sandbox environment, and sometimes outside the platform entirely.  Remaining focused on driving meaningful business outcomes and shaping what becomes scalable over time. This is a small, senior group designed for depth over breadth, operating where clarity is earned through execution, not documentation. ## What You’ll Be Doing As a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead at PMG, you will drive measurable business impact by owning end-to-end technical solution design, lead multi-system implementations, and identify revenue growth opportunities. This role translates customer business goals into durable solutions delivered through Alli and custom technical builds. - Own solution architecture from discovery through production delivery. - Translate customer business objectives into scalable technical solutions. - Lead multi-system integrations across platforms, data, and measurement. - Advise customers on solution tradeoffs, feasibility, and implementation paths. - Partner with Customer Strategy and Analytics to build value cases and forecasts. - Identify and prioritize opportunities that drive adoption, expansion, and revenue - Lead hands-on working sessions with customer and internal technical teams - Mentor junior FDE team members and elevate delivery quality - Contribute reusable components, patterns, and documentation back to Alli and core systems - Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making in your role. ## What You Will Bring We’re not looking for a traditional software engineer profile. We’re looking for someone who is technically fluent, business-curious, and comfortable building in ambiguity.
