One day you're prepping an investor deck, the next you're in a hatchery with the engineering team, the day after you're fixing an internal process. This is not a "shadow the CEO" role. You own real work from day one. - Strategic Planning: Conduct research across relevant topics, organize and facilitate strategy workshops, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. - Investor relations: Prepare monthly reporting, advisory board meetings and investor deep dives. - Marketing & Public Relations: Strengthen Omegga's brand visibility by managing online channels, creating content (e.g. posts and press releases) and be the doorkeeper for external requests. - Project Management: Plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
