As Founders Associate, you'll work directly with GenPeach's leadership on the company's hardest, messiest, most cross-functional problems — the ones that don't fit neatly into any one team's mandate. Generalist, GTM-minded - Partner directly with the CEO on whatever matters most to GenPeach's growth that quarter — priorities will shift, and so will you. - Build new initiatives from scratch: product experiments, growth mechanisms, ideas that could eventually stand on their own as new lines of business. - Move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — one week that means prepping a team offsite and cold-calling prospects, the next it's untangling a legal question or shipping an automation that saves the team hours. You're equally comfortable in both modes. - Follow the leverage wherever it leads: hiring and org design one month, a new product bet or market entry the next.
