## THE ROLE

Be the CEO's strategic right hand — the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution. Own critical cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors/partners on behalf of the CEO.

## What you'll own (first 6 months)

- Drafting monthly investor updates and maintain investor CRM
- Coordinating board materials and follow-up action items
- Leading international expansion prep (UK, Portugal, Spain)
- Building systems and dashboards for CEO visibility
- Running weekly leadership syncs with department heads

## ABOUT YOU

You'll fit in well if

- You have 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- You've worked directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environment
- You're a master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end-to-end
- You're a SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
- You're a spreadsheet wizard: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- You're an exceptional writer: Can draft investor memos, board materials, strategic docs
- You're fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets)
