In return, we expect relentless effort, sharp attention to detail, and someone who treats the company's problems as their own. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work directly with the founders on their highest-priority projects, day to day and week to week. - Own discrete projects across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring, start to finish. - Do the research, analysis, and prep work behind major decisions, from board materials to hiring plans to go-to-market. - Pick up urgent, undefined tasks with no clear owner, and get them done without hand-holding. - Handle the operational and admin work that keeps the company running smoothly. - Own follow-ups and coordination so nothing falls through the cracks, and flag issues before they become problems.
