Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior/Staff level Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement backend services and APIs that are scalable, reliable, and secure. - Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define and build new features. - Optimize performance and scalability of the backend systems. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers. - Identify technical debt and provide recommendations for improvements.
