## Job description

TL;DR – Wir entwickeln KI-gestützte Fachkräfte für das Gesundheitswesen von morgen. Unsere KI-Rezeptionistin Luna automatisiert bereits heute die Patientenkommunikation in Arztpraxen. Nachdem wir uns als Marktführer in der Zahnmedizin etabliert haben, gehen wir jetzt den nächsten großen Schritt: neue medizinische Fachbereiche, neue Länder, neue Produkte. Als erster Designer oder erste Designerin verantwortest du, wie unsere Brand aussieht und wie sich unser Produkt anfühlt, vom Interface, das Praxen täglich nutzen, bis zu den Assets, die uns neue gewinnen.

Wieso praxipal? Der Fachkräftemangel ist die größte Herausforderung für unser Gesundheitswesen. Zehntausende Stellen bleiben jedes Jahr unbesetzt und der demografische Wandel sorgt dafür, dass sich diese Entwicklung immer weiter zuspitzt. Arztpraxen setzen auf unsere KI-Rezeptionistin Luna, um ihr Personal zu entlasten und die Versorgung für alle zugänglich zu halten. Was wir suchen

- 2+ Jahre Design-Erfahrung über mehrere Disziplinen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld. Portfolio mit Produkt (UI/UX) und visueller Marken-Arbeit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem modernen Design-Stack und vertraut mit nutzerzentrierten Design Ansätzen (z.B. Design Thinking).
- Analytics ist Handwerkszeug für dich. Du nutzt aktiv Daten für Design-Entscheidungen.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und ein Hang zur Umsetzung statt endlosem Verfeinern.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Tools, KI-gestützte Workflows und Probleme, die du noch nie gelöst hast.
- Du bringst unterschiedliche Anforderungen zusammen und machst sie einfach und klar.
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (DACH ist aktuell unser wichtigster Markt) und gutes Englisch.

Was du tun wirst

- Du gestaltest die Produktoberflächen unseres Kernprodukts, mit denen Praxen täglich arbeiten.
- Du machst aus unklaren Problemstellungen klare, nutzbare Flows, gemeinsam mit unserem Product Management und Software Engineering.
- Du baust und pflegst ein schlankes Design-System, damit das ganze Team konsistent und markenkonform arbeiten kann.
- Du ownst unsere visuelle Identität und produzierst die Marketing-, Event- und Social-Media-Assets, die unseren Growth-Motor befeuern.
- Du machst komplexe KI-Technologie für die Nutzer im Gesundheitssystem greifbar.
- Du hast Taste und hebst die Design-Qualität im gesamten Unternehmen.
