For decades, the consumer side of those conversations sucked: long queues, robotic menus, repeated explanations, and advice that is often unhelpful. Most people today still cannot simply say what their problem is in natural language when communicating with businesses. AI changes that. For the first time, companies can have natural conversations with customers at massive scale. Every B2C company - from energy providers to telcos to insurers - will use AI agents to talk to their customers. Check out our principles https://principles.telli.com/ to see how we work. ## YOUR MISSION As our Founding Marketer, you make sure telli shows up in the market with the same quality, speed, and ambition with which we build our product. You turn ideas into campaigns, launches into momentum, and content into pipeline. You work closely with founders, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to bring telli’s story into the market across content, events, social channels, and our website. This is a broad, hands-on role. You do not wait for perfect briefs. You take ownership and make things happen. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO Own campaigns: you plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, website, events, partnerships, and paid channels. Build our content engine: you create and distribute newsletters, founder content, customer stories, videos, webinars, blog posts, and social content. Turn launches into moments: you work with Product Marketing to execute launches across every relevant customer-facing channel. Own events and field marketing: you organize webinars, dinners, conferences, and customer events from idea to follow-up. Build telli’s founder brand: you turn founder ideas, customer conversations, and market insights into high-quality content. Run creative projects: you develop campaign concepts and create strong assets yourself or with support from freelancers, agencies, and AI tools. Improve our public image: you create and update landing pages, campaign pages, and conversion journeys together with Product Marketing and Marketing Ops. Experiment with new channels: you test new formats, partnerships, campaigns, and distribution opportunities, and scale what works. Measure impact: you work with Marketing Ops to understand which activities create attention, pipeline, and revenue. ## WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B startup or scaleup. You are an excellent writer: you can turn rough ideas into strong copy in both German and English. You have taste: you know what high-quality content, design, and brand execution look like. You are a maker: you are comfortable writing the first draft, building the page, editing the asset, or launching the campaign yourself. You are creative and structured: you generate strong ideas and reliably deliver them on time. You are AI-pilled: you use AI to research, write, design, automate, analyze, and move faster. You have commercial sense: you understand that marketing exists to acquire, convert, and grow customers. You work autonomously: you do not need detailed instructions to make progress. You have high agency and high urgency: you unblock yourself, keep momentum high, and focus on what matters most. You want to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin. YOU MAY NOT BE A GOOD FIT IF… You only want to own one marketing channel. You prefer managing agencies to doing the work yourself.
