TL;DR – Wir entwickeln KI-gestützte Fachkräfte für das Gesundheitswesen von morgen. Unsere KI-Rezeptionistin Luna automatisiert bereits heute die Patientenkommunikation in Arztpraxen. Nachdem wir uns als Marktführer in der Zahnmedizin etabliert haben, gehen wir jetzt den nächsten großen Schritt: neue medizinische Fachbereiche, neue Länder, neue Produkte. Als Founding SDR baust du unseren Inbound Lead-to-Demo-Prozess und kurbelst so unser Wachstum weiter an. Wieso praxipal? Was du tun wirst In einem Satz: Du bist SDR #1 und spielst eine Schlüsselrolle dabei, ein leistungsstarkes SDR-Team aufzubauen und zu skalieren, statt nur in einem bestehenden Prozess zu arbeiten. Du bist SDR #1 und baust die Engine, die unsere Inbound-Leads zuverlässig in gebuchte Demos verwandelt - ob durch hartnäckiges Telefonieren, Automatisierungen oder KI-Agenten.

- Du meldest dich blitzschnell bei neuen Leads, Speed-to-Lead ist deine Kerndisziplin
- Du bespielst Leads hartnäckig mit einem durchdachten Multichannel-System aus konsequentem Nachtelefonieren, E-Mail-Sequenzen, WhatsApp-Nachrichten und mehr
- Du findest smarte Wege, verloren geglaubte Leads wieder zu reaktivieren, und holst so Potenzial zurück, das andere längst abgeschrieben hätten
- Du steuerst deine Pipeline, pflegst unser CRM und machst deine Lead-to-Demo-Conversion über Daten messbar und optimierbar
- Du baust praxipals Go-to-Market-Motion von Grund auf mit auf: Du entwickelst Playbooks und Gesprächsleitfäden, die zum Standard für unser wachsendes Sales-Team werden
- Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle dabei, ein leistungsstarkes Sales-Team aufzubauen und zu skalieren, und prägst damit, wie bei praxipal in Zukunft verkauft wird
