With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic. You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible. ## The role You'll be Netic's first Sales Operations hire. There's no territory model, reporting stack or rulebook to inherit: you'll design how our sales team is organized, measured and run, and set the foundation the rest of the Sales Strategy & Operations team builds on. You'll work directly with sales leadership and our founders, and the systems you build in your first year are the ones we'll scale on. The job is part operator, part analyst. One week you're carving territories from a capacity model; the next you're tracing why pipeline coverage dropped in one segment and fixing the process behind it. ## What you'll do - Build the operating model from scratch: size the market by trade, geography and location count, model rep capacity and ramp, and design territories and segments that hold up as we scale. - Write and enforce the Rules of Engagement: account ownership, lead routing, channel and partner conflicts, holdover and reassignment. Resolve disputes from the data, make the call, and turn each decision into precedent. - Own the sales metrics layer. Define how we measure pipeline, conversion, velocity and attainment, and build the dashboards reps, managers and leadership run the business on. - Run the operating cadence: weekly forecast, pipeline reviews and QBRs. Track forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage, and flag risk before it shows up in the number. - Go deep on the funnel. Find where deals stall or leak by segment, source and rep, and turn the analysis into process changes leaders act on. - Partner with Finance on quotas, capacity plans and commission inputs, so plans rest on data and crediting matches the RoE. - Handle the day-to-day (approvals, account and opportunity changes, Salesforce questions) and automate what repeats with our Sales Systems engineer. What success looks like in year one - A territory and segmentation model the sales team trusts, with a dispute process that rarely needs escalation. - One source of truth for pipeline and attainment, used in every forecast call and QBR. - A forecast leadership can plan against, with accuracy tracked every quarter. - A documented sales ops function with clear ownership and a roadmap for what comes next. ## What you bring - 4+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, sales strategy or a similar analytical role (consulting, banking, BizOps) at a high-growth B2B company. - Strong SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets. You can build a capacity or territory model from raw data without a template. Experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau or Hex. - Hands-on experience designing territories, setting rules of engagement and running a forecast cadence for a sales team of 25+ reps. - Salesforce admin-level fluency: reports, dashboards, assignment rules, permissions and the data model underneath. - A builder's track record. You've stood up a process, model or function from zero, not only maintained one. - The judgment to make fair calls on disputes, and the written clarity to explain them to reps and executives. ## Nice to have - Experience as an early or first operations hire at a startup. - Experience with Clari, Gong, LeanData, Chili Piper or similar GTM tools. - Exposure to vertical SaaS or home services, or selling to owner-operated businesses. ## Our values - Obsess over the customer - Every second counts - Sweat the details - There are no blockers - Be self-directed - Seek and speak the truth - Enjoy the ride We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status. ## About Netic ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Netic provides an AI-powered revenue engine that autonomously handles customer demand, generates growth, and optimizes every touchpoint for essential service enterprises. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: San Francisco, California, United States - **Founded**: 2023 - **Founders**: Not publicly disclosed ## Core Business - **Primary industries**: AI/Software for essential service industries including home services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pest control), veterinary, automotive, and consumer health. - **Target customers**: B2B – large service enterprises in industries often omitted from the AI wave (e.g., plumbing, electrical, veterinary chains, roofing companies). - **Mission/purpose**: “Help essential service industries grow on autopilot” by bringing production-grade, end-to-end AI workflows to the backbone of the economy. ## Products & Services - **The AI Revenue Engine**: A multi-channel platform that combines three core engines: - **Convert**: AI agents autonomously book jobs across calls, text, web-chat, online widgets, and third-party platforms, following operational rules to handle 100% of demand. - **Cultivate**: Proactively identifies upsell opportunities, launches targeted engagement campaigns for memberships or service upgrades, and increases customer lifetime value. - **Empower**: Transforms raw data from customer interactions into actionable business intelligence for strategic decision-making. - **Type**: SaaS platform with AI agents for speech, text, and data processing. ## Market Standing - **Valuation / Market Cap**: Not disclosed (private company). - **Key Metric**: **Total Funding** – $23.0M (Series B round raised in November 2025, led by Founders Fund). - **Notable Investors & Partners**: Founders Fund, Greylock; angel investors include Mike Volpi (GP, Hanabi Capital), Alexandr Wang (CEO, Scale AI), Dylan Field (CEO, Figma), Elad Gil. - **Growth Signals**: - Featured in a WSJ exclusive article (June 2025) on AI transforming home services. - Reported $36.31M in revenue generated year-to-date via the platform, with 11,214 jobs autonomously booked and 4,360 jobs won via outbound campaigns. - Active hiring across 14 open positions (engineering, product, GTM, design). - 3,823 LinkedIn followers and growing presence in essential industries. ## Competitive Advantages - **Production-grade AI for real-world constraints**: Unlike many AI copilots, Netic builds autonomous agents that execute end-to-end workflows across speech, text, and data, handling complex enterprise constraints and edge cases. - **Focus on underserved essential industries**: Home services, automotive, and consumer health have been largely overlooked by frontier tech, giving Netic a first-mover advantage in a large, fragmented market. - **Strong investor backing**: Backed by top-tier investors and visionary founders from Scale AI, Figma, and Greylock, providing both capital and strategic network. - **Proven revenue outcomes**: The platform has already autonomously handled millions in revenue for clients, demonstrating tangible ROI. ## Strategic Focus - **Scale across essential industries**: Continue to expand the AI Revenue Engine to new verticals (veterinary, pest control, roofing, consumer health) and deepen penetration in home services. - **Continue building a world-class team**: Actively hiring for technical roles (machine learning engineers, agent infrastructure, product engineers) and GTM roles (SDRs, growth managers, deployment strategists). - **Push frontier AI into the real world**: Develop multimodal, real-time AI systems that go beyond copilots to run complete business functions – a focus on “building production-grade AI that executes end-to-end workflows.” ## Why Work Here - **Culture & philosophy**: Netic describes itself as a team of “relentless builders, ex-founders, and immigrants from top CS schools and tech companies who thrive on solving hard problems.” Cultural values include “live to build,” “run through walls and win,” “obsess over customers in each line of code,” and “prioritize finesse.” - **Work location**: HQ in San Francisco (3661 Buchanan St, Fl 4). Most roles appear to be on-site in SF; no explicit remote/hybrid policy stated in available data. - **Engineering culture**: Strong bias toward building production-grade, end-to-end AI. Roles like Applied AI Research Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, and Forward Deployed Agent Engineer indicate a tight feedback loop between development and real-world deployment. - **Notable perks**: Opportunity to work on frontier AI technologies (speech, text, multimodal) that directly impact the “backbone of the economy.” The company is at an early stage (32 employees) with significant recent funding, offering high autonomy and ownership. ## Sources 1.
