## Job description

ROE is a startup building Cursor for Financial Crimes. Today, ROE is trusted by multiple public companies representing $400B+ in combined market cap.

## What you'll do

- Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance)
- Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers
- Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.

## What you won’t do

- Bureaucracy. No 3-month approvals to launch a feature.
- Politics. No fighting other teams for headcount or scope.
- Build for the void. We ship what customers actually need.
